Being the best starts with learning from the best.
Located in Marshfield, WI the Roehl Driver Training Center (RDTC) trains some of the safest, most effective and professional drivers in the nation.
Our training curriculum focuses on driving, backing and developing the skills needed to safely operate a truck and trailer and prepares you to test for a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) - the license you need to drive over-the-road semi-trucks.
Certified by the Wisconsin Educational Approval Board and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (DOT), RDTC classes are taught by certified experienced driver instructors with a real-world focus, preparing graduates for truck driving jobs.
RDTC students come from many states other than Wisconsin (such as Minnesota, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, and as far away as North
Carolina and South Carolina) to learn CDL truck driving skills and the nationally recognized "Roehl Way of Protective Driving" techniques taught at the school.
The majority of your course instruction is spent in the truck, on the road or on our closed course. Of the total 160 hours of training,
a full 110 hours are spent outside receiving instruction and practicing while the other 50 hours are in the classroom. Classes are intentionally kept small, and you can count on getting a lot of individual
help. No fluff, just the know-how you'll need to succeed, both in the truck and the trucking industry.
