Flatbed Percentage Compensation
CARRIER TRAILER 70% of adjusted gross revenue
OWNER OPERATOR TRAILER 75% of adjusted gross revenue
ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION - FLATBED PERCENTAGE COMPENSATION PLAN
  • 100% of all detention, accessorial compensation, fuel surcharge,  tarping, layover and truck ordered not used which Carrier bills to and  collects from its customer

Roehl offers a mileage compensation plan to Van, Refrigerated and Curtainside Owner Operators based on a sliding  mileage scale rate paid on practical route miles. Practical miles can add thousands of dollars to your compensation because you are paid for more of the miles you actually drive.

  • Authorized tolls and scales
  • Compensated for Defect Free DOT Inspections
  • Safety/Longevity Compensation - $1,000/yr after two calendar years of continuous  lease
  • Trip-Start - $0.50/mile, maximum $75 when returning in-service
  • Detention - $10 for each 30 minutes after two hours
  • Authorized Lumpers Reimbursed 100%
  • Hand Unload Compensation
  • Lumber Tarp - $26 On / $26 Off
  • Steel Tarp - $15 On / $15 Off
  • Intermediate Stop Compensation (excludes pick-up & delivery)
