Roehl drivers can choose, based on their individual needs, the pay plan that works best for them. Roehl's Tax Advantage Pay Plan allows drivers to reduce their taxable income. By classifying part of your mileage rate as an expense reimbursement rather than income, 10 cents of your mileage rate is tax free, you end up with a bigger net weekly paycheck.
Rates for the Premium Pay Plan and the Tax Advantage Pay Plan are based on applicable trailer types being pulled.
