Drivers are eligible to receive safety/performance bonuses beginning the first full quarter they are qualified as solo drivers.
Safety/performance bonuses are earned for consistently meeting expectations for safety, productivity (mileage), efficiency and customer service. Bonus amounts can average $.01 to $.03 per mile. Bonus amounts earned are paid quarterly. Paid after meeting safety/performance/quarterly mileage standards.
Annual mileage bonus. Paid in mid-December for all paid miles in the prior 12 months (12/1–11/30). Annual mileage bonus is prorated for drivers hired during the year. You must be a member of TeamRoehl when paid.
