Drivers are eligible to receive safety/performance bonuses beginning the first full quarter they are qualified as solo drivers.
Safety/performance bonuses can average 1¢ per mile. Paid after meeting safety/performance/quarterly mileage standards.
Annual mileage bonus. Paid in mid-December for all paid miles in the prior 12 months (12/1–11/30). Annual mileage bonus is prorated for drivers hired during the year. You must be a member of TeamRoehl when paid.
