After the necessary background checks, completion of required steps, paperwork and final approval, a recruiter will call you to schedule your orientation and start date.

Depending on your experience level, you may be able to earn pay increases at the 24, 36, 48, 60, 90, 120, or 180 month mark, if you meet the qualifying criteria.
