Sign-On/Stay-On Bonus
Experienced drivers joining our National fleets may be eligible for a Sign-on/Stay-On bonus. Bonus amounts vary depending upon division and are limited time offers. Ask a Roehl recruiter for more details.
Safety/Performance Bonus
Drivers are eligible to receive safety/performance bonuses beginning the first full quarter they are qualified as solo drivers.
Safety/Performance bonuses are earned for consistently meeting expectations for safety, productivity (mileage), efficiency and customer service.
Bonus amounts can average $.01 to $.03 per mile. Bonus amounts are paid quarterly.
Annual Mileage Bonus
Annual mileage bonus amounts are paid in mid-December. The bonus calculation is based on all paid miles in the prior 12 months (12/1 - 11/30). See Annual Mileage Standards. Annual mileage bonus is prorated for drivers hired during the year.
