Benefits
Health Insurance
- We have an extensive national network of providers and hospitals. If you use a provider in our network, we’ll pay 80% of eligible charges. For non-network providers, we’ll pay 60% of eligible charges.
- Coverage increases to 100% of eligible charges after expenses reach $3,000 (individual) or $6,000 (family).
- The deductible is $500 for individual and $500 per person, up to a maximum of $1000 per family.
Prescription Drugs
1. Tier 1 Most Preferred Co-Payment: you pay the first $12 for each prescription or refill.
2. Tier 2 Preferred Co-Payment: you pay the first $40 for each prescription or refill.
3. Tier 3 Non-Preferred Co-Payment: You pay the first $60 for each prescription or refill.
* Deductible for prescription drugs is $50 per person per year.

All group health insurance premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis (non-taxed)
Tobacco users pay an additional $10.50 per week.
7-On/7-Off Drivers pay an additional $13.31 per week.

Life Insurance
- $10,000 basic life and $10,000 AD&D (Accidental Death / Dismemberment) is provided at no cost to full time employees.
- Additional (supplemental) life insurance for the employee, spouse, or children is an available option at preferred rates.
Eligibility for Health, Dental, and Life Insurance
Experienced Drivers are eligible the first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment. Drivers participating in our Safety and Job Skills Training Program are eligible the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
Disability Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible on the first day of the month following 6 months of continuous employment. Your cost is based on your gross weekly income.
Flex Spending Account (save on taxes!)
Drivers who are eligible for group health insurance may also choose flexible spending accounts for health care costs or dependent care costs. These accounts are used to set aside funds on a tax-free basis to pay health or dependent care costs not covered by insurance.
- Health Care Reimbursement Plan - covers copays, deductibles, and health care costs not covered by insurance.
- Dependent Care Reimbursement Plan - covers the cost of regular dependent care (like day care).
401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) plan has a variety of investment options and allows a rollover from a previous employer’s 401(k) plan.
Profit Sharing
Drivers become eligible for the Profit Sharing plan after one year of employment. Company contributions depend on company results, and are paid into the program as a percentage of wages. In past years, contributions have been up to $1,000.
Holiday Pay
After one year, $60 per day is paid for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day. Some restrictions apply to HOMEtime PLUS fleets.
Paid Vacation
1 year = 1 week 8 years = 3 weeks
2 years = 2 weeks 20 years = 4 weeks
Vacation pay = 1.5% of previous W2 wages per week.
Rider Policy
Spouse or children (10 years or older) are eligible after 30 days of safe driving (experienced) or 6 months of safe driving (student). Additional restrictions may apply. No pets.
Tractor Purchase Program
This program is available for Independent Contractors who meet qualifications.
